- CHILI SALT*
- 2 oz FRESH CANTALOUPE JUICE
- 1½ oz TEQUILA, preferably 100% blanco tequila
- 1 oz FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1/4 tsp AGAVE NECTAR
- 3 dashes of CECIL & MERL CUCUMBER BITTERS
Run a wedge of lime around a rocks glass and dip the rim into the salt. Add ice cubes to the glass. Add all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. . Shake and strain into prepared glass. Add 3-4 dashes of C & M Bitters and garnish with a lime wedge.
- 3 parts kosher salt
- 1 part ancho chili powder or regular chili powder.
On a small, rimmed plate, mix together the salt and chili powder.
