Adding bitters and a bit of sugar to your Champagne or sparkling wine makes for a festive cocktail that is simple to prepare. 

Place a sugar cube in a champagne flute.  Add 3-4 dashes of our CHERRY OR APRICOT BITTERS and allow the sugar cube to absorb the bitters. Carefully pour Champagne over the sugar cube.  It may fizz up from the sugar, so pour slowly.  Cheers!
